Over 50 years experience playing and bachelors and masters degrees in music and music education. He performs regularly with many local and regional jazz groups and is principal trombone in the Helena Symphony. He is a member of the National Association For Music Education, Montana Music Educators Association, Helena music Teachers Association and is an officer of AFM Local #642.
